Priority Support
Prompt support for your store keeps your business up and running. Our technicians answer your calls and questions first! Get up and running fast in the event of an emergency or get the personal touch of a technical support professional to answer your questions and help you get the most out of your software. Priority Support customers also receive regular updates for their software at no cost. Support is available 8am-10pm ET Monday through Friday and 8am-8pm ET Saturday. Your contract allows for an average of 30 minutes per month; heavy usage can incur surcharges.

Pay-As-You-Go For Occasional Support
Pay-as-you-go for each inquiry and get help as the need arises. A member of our technical support team will return your call within 48 hours to troubleshoot your problems or answer your questions. Pay-as-you-go support is available from 8:30am-4pm Monday through Friday. We charge $159.00 for the first 20 minutes and $2.95 for each additional minute. Upgrades are an additional charge. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover.

We have a number of utilities to solve some of the more common problems experienced by our users and we’ll E-mail those to you with instructions -- also at no charge.
